I have always had a love for hiking and the great outdoors. Travelling to beautiful and exotic locations has been a hobby of mine for a few years now. In 2017 I started taking photos on my trips, only in 2020 did I start taking it a little more seriously. I have a great deal to learn in both composition and editing techniques so I plan to carry on uploading my work to both my social media and website.
My equipment is really basic,
but considering I am just starting out it serves me well.
My camera is quite old now, however it is still able to capture the surreal moments. This allows me to focus more on composition rather than the pictures quality.
Canon EOS 60D
Lenses are definitely not my speciality so I am only using the two that came with the camera. How ever I look forward to add to my arsenal in the future.
Canon EF-S 18–55mm lens
Canon EF-S 55-250mm lens
I rarely use a tripod because I am usually hiking and on the move so there isn't much time to set up shots, but when I do get the chance to take a little more time I prefer to use a compact and light tripod.

I do use editing software, mainly for touch ups and cropping for a more pleasant composition. Photoshop gets this done and it helps me fix mistakes I make while taking photos on the move.
